- The Buyer – you the purchaser or buyer of goods.
- The Item – Goods and Products which the buyer orders from the seller.
- The Price – Being the cost for the item of goods and products.Communication – Includes Writing, E-mails and Facsimiles.
- Order – The Buyer purchasing item/items from the Seller.
- Documents – Being an Invoice, delivery/Credit note or headed letter sent & signed.
Our aim being the seller is to serve you the Buyer, we will always try to supply only the very best items at very competitive prices together with excellent quality and after sales service… These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of item/items by the buyer from the seller. Placement of an order for item/items indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and you fully understand all details. P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd has the right to change any details set out of these terms and conditions at any point without any consultation.
The Buyer is responsible at all times when placing an order that they are ordering the correct size, colour and quantities for that item/items as the seller cannot be held responsible for any orders placed incorrect. The buyer must check & inform the seller of any document errors, faulty or damaged item/items purchased within 14 days of delivery date as the seller cannot & will not be held responsible for any document errors, faulty, or damaged item/items after 14 days of delivery date. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
3. Description of goods
All descriptions, advertising and specifications on our website or by other means are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and we cannot warrant their accuracy. To assist, we operate a simple policy as mentioned within these terms and conditions. Should at any point you the buyer can call our help desk for further information on any item/items being sold. 4. Ordering of goods
To order item/items the buyer should follow the instructions on our website or via company representative in person or simply call +44 (0) 1507 328338. Please make sure all orders and quantities are placed correctly. Only UK mainland orders can be placed using this web site. Should you wish to place an order outside of the UK mainland, please call our international sales team on +44 (0) 1507 328338
5. Payment of goods
When payment is requested ordering item/items via our web site rest assured we only use safe and secure payment systems to deal with your order placed. Should you wish to purchase items by calling +44 (0) 1507 328338 the buyer must supply the seller with your full name, address and telephone number which must be the same as your credit/debit card bank has on file for you. We accept most major credit and debit cards including visa, MasterCard and Maestro. If you provide us with incorrect information, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation has been properly received. NOTE: All personalised items ie cleansing wipes, carrier bags and labels etc.. ordered can only proceed with a minimum 50% or in some case a 75% deposit of total invoice value on order/ordering confirmation and remaining 50% or 25% balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch of goods.
6. Availability of goods
All stock item goods are subject to availability and if they are in stock in our warehouse, delivery will normally be made within our delivery times posted. If we are temporarily out of stock for any reason we will notify you of this situation and you should in these cases allow up to 14 working days for delivery. For delays longer than 14 days, you will have the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund. We will not however be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we are not able to supply the goods within these times. Excluding any personalised items ordered.
7. Personalised Cleansing Wipes
Should any buyer place an order of personalised cleansing wipes upon completion of the ordering process or confirmed art work an approx delivery date will be issued. This can sometimes move forward or back by 30 days due to the nature of manufacturing process. Please also note any personalised cleansing wipes ordered may have a slight variation in colour and fragrance strength along with shelf life of various individually wrapped cleansing wipes produced. Any new orders or repeat order quantities placed may vary slightly by 10% +/-. P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd always aim to accommodate all quantity orders placed and only use ‘A’ grade materials, essential oils and manufactured to the highest of quality.
7.1 All artwork & Design Copyrights of P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd.
P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd reserve the right not to manufacture or proceed with an order placed for whatever reason that may cause concern or of offensive nature. No parts of any design/designs made by P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd can be used or reproduced in whole or part, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, used by any other third parties including the buyer, without the prior permission in writing from P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd. By producing any design/designs/artwork P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd will have full copyrights to any artwork design/designs made and used with the buyers full permission without consent unless otherwise agreed in writing. Should the Buyer wish to cancel any personalised order placed within 14 days and the seller has produced art work within the first 14 days the buyer agrees to pay for this artwork and work time produced at no less than £100.00 excluding V.A.T. After 14 days the buyer shall be bound by the full terms and conditions and signed order form if applicable.
The price payable for the any item/items will be shown on our website or any advertised/advertising & trade shows is correct at that point of ordering any item/items on line. We reserve the right to vary the price accordingly ie special offers & discounts or if there has been any price increase or decrease at any time. All prices on our website are shown exclusive of V.A.T. (20%) and inclusive of V.A.T. (20%) plus any delivery charges if applicable at the checkout stage of ordering via our web site.
9. Delivery charges
If the order does not exceed £99.99 (excluding VAT), delivery charges will apply as stated. Orders, which exceed £99.99 (excluding VAT), will be delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK mainland. Orders outside UK mainland will be the subject to delivery charges along with additional international charges where applicable. 10. Delivery times
Goods ordered will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days if not sooner. Normally delivery will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm. (Excluding any personalised orders item/items placed) If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within 14 working days of your order placed, the seller we will contact the buyer to advise of any delays. The buyer may have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd shall not however be responsible for any other losses you suffer for late delivery. If the buyer is not present at the time of attempted delivery the driver will not leave the goods unless specific arrangements are agreed. The delivery driver should leave a card to state attempted delivery and there contact details. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the courier company used to re-arrange a delivery. Should goods be refused or returned to our warehouse additional charges will apply for handling.
It will be the buyers responsible for the goods as soon as delivery has been made and signed for. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery assignment note at the time of the delivery. The seller will only deliver item/items ordered to the address issued upon order date. Please note ordered item/items will not be left without a signature. If any of the item/items are received in a damaged condition or if there are any other irregularities the buyer must inform the seller in writing within ten working days of the delivery. The Seller may collect all damaged or faulty goods at request and if they are found to be damaged or faulty we will send appropriate replacements at our expense.
12. Health Safety
Due to the nature of some products/item/items sold may contain small parts and other products item/items sold having a limited shelf life and various ingredients etc.. P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd may apply/print, advise/safety warning etc.. Any purchases from the seller are at the buyers own risk as P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd cannot & will not be held responsible for any reason.
13. Retention of title
All goods supplied by the seller and ordered by the buyer will remain the property of P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd until all goods are fully paid for in full and no amounts are left outstanding.
All products supplied by the seller (P&S Products & Refreshening Ltd) have appropriate manufacturers guarantees together with shelf life or use by date from time supplied or delivered. Should any products item/items not be delivered in reasonable and good condition the buyer must report this within 14 days of delivery date. Where the goods are custom made/personalised the buyer shall not be entitled to return the goods and receive a refund unless the goods are faulty or unable to use. Our aim is to supply quality products item/items all the time and delivered in reasonable & good condition. Should this not be the case our aim is to rectify this as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
